DeAnne L. Dulas

Email: DeAnne L. Dulas | Phone: 651-686-8800

Practicing since 1996, DeAnne Dulas has focused her practice in the areas of family and real estate law. Recognized as a Rising Star by Minnesota Law and Politics in her early years of practice, she has exceeded that expectation. DeAnne has represented clients in a variety of family law proceedings, including, but not limited to, divorce, custody, child support establishment and modification, paternity, parenting time disputes, post-decree modifications and appeals. DeAnne’s practice encompasses resolution of family court issues through the use of the collaborative process, cooperative resolution, litigation and high-conflict mechanisms. She believes that just as no two families are the same, each process needs to be unique to the individuals and circumstances involved and that no one benefits by making the process more difficult than it needs to be to resolve the matters at issue. Similarly, she believes that in those cases where a fair outcome cannot be reached cooperatively that her clients should feel confident in knowing that when litigation and high-conflict resolution is necessary she can provide them with skillful advice to navigate the difficulties of that situation.

DeAnne’s unwavering loyalty to her clients and tenacious style has earned her the highest level of respect among lawyers and judges alike.
